Moroccan Customers Participate in IPPE 2019

Two Moroccan customers visited the 2019 International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE) held in Atlanta, Georgia from February 12 to 14.
IPPE is ranked as one of the top 30 trade shows in the U.S and remains a world meeting forum for suppliers, producers, and processors. The show offered a networking platform for soy buyers and U.S. suppliers. This year’s edition welcomed a record number of attendees with over 32,000 participants and 1,300 exhibitors, attracting key decision makers from poultry operations, integrated companies, feed mills, associations and allied industries professionals.
At USSEC’s luncheon meeting, the Moroccan delegation learned more about changes in world trade during USSEC analyst John Baize’s presentation, “Changing Face of World Soy Trade.” The USSEC consultant answered customers’ questions on U.S. soybean meal quality, purchases, and supplies.
The exposure, discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and one-on-one interactions during the event helped improve these customers’ further confidence and trust in the U.S. Soy industry and USSEC’s worldwide operations, which target maximizing the use of U.S. Soy and cater to the needs of stakeholders and global customers.
