Turkish Participants Attend U.S. Soy EU / MENA Regional Trade Exchange in Spain

The 6th U.S. Soy Regional Trade Exchange for European Union / Middle East – North Africa (EU/MENA) was held in Barcelona, Spain, gathering almost 300 participants from roughly 40 countries. The conference brought together many industry representatives from different countries, providing an international forum to assist buyers and sellers to have a better network.
Customers showed great interest in the conference, with 15 participants from Turkish crushers, feed millers and poultry integrators attending. These attendees thanked USSEC for organizing such a professional conference and providing them with a great platform to come together with other industry players from different countries.
The conference covered a number of topics that highlighted the developments and challenges central to international and local soy markets and the agricultural landscape. The participants showed real interest in learning about the latest developments in the soy markets and market trends, the trade situation between the U.S. and China, the latest figures on exports and destinations, quality of U.S. Soy, and U.S. Soy sustainability.
USSEC customers from throughout the region also had the opportunity to meet other professional buyers, traders, and U.S. suppliers. Additionally, the planned social and networking activities provided excellent opportunities to develop and strengthen the relationships between the customers and key members of the U.S. soybean industry and explore real business opportunities.
