USSEC is participating in a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) trade mission to West Africa, led by U.S. Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Stephen Censky.
USSEC Senior Director, Basic Market Assessment / Non-Traditional Funding Ed Beaman is taking part in the mission and, in addition to Mr. Censky, has met with Stephanie Sullivan, Ambassador to Ghana, and Charles Rush, Agricultural Counselor in Ghana. About 50 regional companies are participating in the trade mission, which will visit Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, and Ethiopia.
