USSEC Names Richard Greene as Chief Administrative Officer

CEO Jim Sutter announced that Richard Greene has joined USSEC’s team as its new Chief Administrative Officer.
“Rich is a senior leader, business coach and author with a proven record of success in meeting and exceeding corporate objectives,” said Sutter. “A high energy business coach and a decisive strategist, he has been able to design and implement solutions that have consistently led to the success of the operations he has been involved with. I am confident that Rich will enhance overall processes in all areas of the organization to reinforce USSEC’s image as a world-class marketing organization.”
In his new position, Mr. Greene is charged with improving USSEC’s performance in meeting the requirements of the various funding sources for reports, submissions, and actions by creating streamlined processes that will enable information to be presented in a faster, systematic manner. In addition, he will be responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing systems to allow for real-time information access for internal and external purposes thereby allowing the organization to become more proactive and less reactive.
Mr. Greene will apply the five keys described in his book “Building Value” to the organization in order to enhance USSEC’s lasting and sustainable value as the international marketing arm of the U.S. soy family.  Over the past 30 years, Mr. Greene has helped numerous executives and business owners meet and exceed their objectives using the “Building Value” management philosophy to navigate constant change through the deployment of simple and repeatable systems.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Gainesville, Mr. Greene lived in Florida, Colorado and Texas before settling in St. Louis.   He spends his free time reading, cycling, and building furniture.  He is married and has two adult children.
