U.S. Soy Stakeholders Head to Chicago for U.S. Soy Global Trade Exchange & Specialty Grains Conference

U.S. soy stakeholders will be meeting in Chicago this week for the seventh annual U.S. Soy Global Trade Exchange and the 16th annual Specialty Grains Conference and Trade Show. The jointly held USSEC and Specialty Soya & Grains Alliance (SSGA) event will be held at the Hilton Chicago on Michigan Avenue from August 20-22.
Nearly 800 soy and grain industry leaders, buyers and suppliers will attend this year’s event.
Some highlights:

  • The trade show on Aug. 21 will be a networking and business event highlight of your visit to Chicago.

  • The conference agenda for Aug. 22 has been updated. Speakers include Ted McKinney, Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Chief Strategy Officer Marjorie Benzkofer of FleishmanHillard. Pradnya Joshi, agriculture editor for Politico, will lead a conversation with Professor Mary Lovely, Syracuse University, on the future of trade.
