Ground Work, a popular feature on the USSEC website, has moved to USSOY.org. It can be accessed at: https://ussoy.org/features/
The Ground Work series provides periodic updates from U.S. soybean farmer leaders describing how they tackle the daily challenges that arise from growing a reliable soy supply. Because the project focused on giving international customers a glimpse into the work that goes into growing a quality, reliable crop of U.S. soy, it was a natural fit for the new USSOY.org site, which provides international buyers with a closer look at the people who produce their product.
USSEC Communications Manager Lisa Pine explains, “Ground Work has always been a popular feature for us. Because it focuses on U.S. farmers, we knew that we wanted to use it on USSEC.org. Our international customers always want to hear more about our growers and what they’re doing on their farms, and the stories and photos in Ground Work let them hear from the growers directly and see them on their farms.”
