U.S. Soy: Optimizing Health with Soy Protein & Oil


USSEC will conduct a regional seminar with SBO refineries and users from the Food Industry to communicate the U.S. SBO nutrition and health properties and advantages over other edible oils. Topics in this seminar will include the polyunsaturated profile of U.S. SBO, its content of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, its vitamin E content and the role of these nutrients in human health. Also, it will be presented how to make healthier foods using U.S. SBO instead high saturated oils.
