USSEC will participate with a booth in the selected trade show for the Retail, Wholesalers, HRI and Food Industry segments in the Americas Region. At the booth, SBO refineries will exhibit their U.S. Soybean Oil based products and together with USSEC´s consultants will communicate the advantages of U.S. SBO. A chef will be hired to prepare different food recipes using U.S. Soybean Oil for tasting. During the demonstration the chef will highlight the quality characteristics of SBO like lower oil absorption, high smoke point, higher frying yield, etc.
