Decision Synergy: Aligning Procurement & Nutrition

This program will bring together professionals from Procurement/Purchasing and Animal Nutrition/Formulation/Feed Mill Operations from the same companies to promote a more integrated approach to soybean meal (SBM) purchasing decisions.

The program is designed to demonstrate that soybean meal selection should not be based solely on purchase price, but should also consider factors such as nutritional value, product consistency, formulation benefits, and feed manufacturing performance. The goal is to encourage participants to incorporate these factors into the purchasing decision so companies can fully leverage the benefits of U.S. Soy, both from a nutritional perspective and in terms of feed mill efficiency and total production cost.
