2026 Worldwide Soybean Oil Masters Strengthens Global Connections for U.S. Soy

June 10, 2026

USSEC and the Indiana Soybean Alliance welcomed over 70 global soybean industry leaders from 12 countries for an immersive experience exploring the U.S. Soy value chain. The event, held in Indianapolis from May 21 to 24, highlighted the quality, value and sustainability advantages of U.S.-grown soybeans and soybean oil.

Participants toured Indiana soybean farms, agribusinesses, Purdue University research sites and attended a chef-led cooking demonstration, while connecting directly with farmers, suppliers, exporters and industry experts.

During the event, Hitomi Fujihashi of Food & Health LABO of Japan noted, “I found it extremely helpful to communicate directly with actual farmers and the companies involved in the industry, allowing me to gather detailed insights.”

More than 80 meetings were held between seven U.S. suppliers and 18 international buyers, creating new global opportunities for U.S. Soy. The buyers were looking to source soybeans, soybean meal, soybean oil, high oleic soybeans, high oleic soybean oil and soy food beans.

A special thank you to the Indiana Soybean Alliance for helping make this event possible.
