Soy oil value chain seminar and chef sharing

  

The meeting aims to educate the entire edible oil value chain and consumer product good manufacturers about the advantages (quality, health halo, functionality, and sustainability) of using the oil derived from U.S. soy versus other origin soy and other edible oils.   Technical experts will be engaged to impart  knowledge, educate on utilization, research, health halo and communication. Cooking demonstration using U.S. soy oil will be conducted at the seminars and  appropriate information on High Oleic Soybean Oil will be shared.
