Seminar on Utilization and Promotion of Soy and Soy Ingredients for Sustainable and Nutritious Food Products

This seminar will target national and local health professionals, as well as personnel from industry trade groups, focusing on soy protein nutrition, soy sustainability, and the health benefits of soy consumption for various populations.

The seminar aims to promote U.S. Soy and soy protein consumption and utilization, address specific needs and challenges, and create opportunities for value-added U.S. Soy and soy products. The event may be held in collaboration with U.S. and local institutions, fostering networks, business opportunities, and helping to address regulatory barriers.
