USSEC Holds Session on Pork Quality in Colombia

USSEC held a training session on session on pork quality for staff at the National Institute for Drug and Food Surveillance (INVIMA) in Colombia.
USSEC consultant Julio Chaves, who has led training sessions in Colombia before, led the meeting. Colombian authorities specifically asked Pork Colombia for Mr. Chaves’ assistance.
Topics covered during the session included U.S. soybean protein and oil and how these affect pork quality.
