Dutch Mill Soy Milk Brand Becomes the First in Thailand to Feature the Sustainable U.S. Soy Label
Dutch Mill Group, Thailand’s leading dairy and soy milk producer, is reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and quality by featuring the Sustainable U.S. Soy label on its product packaging. As the first Thai soy milk brand to use the label, Dutch Mill is setting a benchmark for responsible sourcing and transparency in the industry.
A Leader in Sustainable Sourcing
Through its subsidiary Dairy Plus Co., Ltd., Dutch Mill produces DNA, a soy milk brand known for blending soy with nutritious grains. DNA’s innovative offerings—including soy milk with black sesame, Japanese rice germ, riceberry, corn, and black soybeans—deliver twice the protein content of traditional soy milk. This unique approach has helped DNA capture over 26% of Thailand’s soy milk market, making it the fastest-growing brand in 2024 and a leader in the soy milk with grains segment. The market value of ready-to-drink soy milk in Thailand is estimated at $ 543 million, indicating a significant presence and potential for growth in the plant-based beverage market1.
Introducing the SUSS Label
In July 2025, Dutch Mill introduced the SUSS label on its Soy Secretz products for export to China, marking the first time a Thai soy milk brand has adopted the certification. The rollout will expand across more than 10 product SKUs under the DNA brand, with plans to introduce the SUSS certification to domestic Thai products by Q1 2026.

Commitment to Transparency and Sustainability
To qualify for the Sustainable U.S. Soy label, producers must verify that 60% of their soy imports are from the U.S. using the U.S. Soy Sustainability Assurance Protocol (SSAP). The SSAP is a trusted third-party verification that describes the regulations, processes, and management practices that ensure sustainable soy production.
“Dutch Mill’s adoption of the Sustainable U.S. Soy label marks an important milestone in promoting sustainable sourcing in Asia,” said Timothy Loh, Regional Director for Southeast Asia and Oceania, U.S. Soybean Export Council. “This collaboration underscores the value and reliability that sustainably grown U.S. Soy brings to global markets and reinforces our shared commitment to sustainability and responsible food production.”

The SUSS label is now featured on more than 1,000 products globally and is recognized worldwide as a symbol of responsible soybean sourcing.
Dutch Mill Group notes that it is committed to becoming a leading producer of high-quality dairy products in ASEAN, driven by Thai expertise. The company focuses on human resource development, continuous improvement of operational efficiency, and delivering quality products that sustainably meet the needs of both consumers and society.
By adopting the Sustainable U.S. Soy label, Dutch Mill is paving the way for more companies in the region to adopt sustainable sourcing practices. With consumer demand for transparently sourced, environmentally responsible products on the rise, this commitment strengthens Dutch Mill’s position as a leader in sustainable, high-quality nutrition for both regional and global markets.
