Tempe Training for New Entrepreneurs

The seminar will focus on all technical facets of both plant and animal proteins; starting from its metabolism up to excretion. The focus is to evaluate the overall nutrient values of major protein sources based on amino acid digestion, energy contributions for various plant proteins, animal proteins, insect proteins with basis of published researches and real-time feed formula.
