Soy oil value chain seminar and chef sharing

This seminar aims to educate the entire edible oil value chain and consumer product manufacturers about the advantages of using oil derived from U.S. Soy versus other origins and other edible oils. Technical experts will share knowledge on soy utilization, research, health benefits and communication. Cooking demonstrations using U.S. soybean oil will be conducted at the seminar, with information on High Oleic Soybean Oil shared with participants.
