Self-Paced Hybrid Online Basic Soy Food and Beverage Course offers a comprehensive introduction to the soy industry, focusing on soy science, nutrition, and health, as well as the technology and commercial applications of soy derivatives in food and beverage products. Participants will gain fundamental knowledge in soy product development, innovation, and quality, while also exploring food safety, process improvement, and technology advancements. This course equips learners with the skills to drive innovation and enhance the marketing of both existing and new soy-based products.
