Celebrate your success by participating in the graduation ceremony to be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, from May 21st to 25th, 2025. Approval and travel requirements:

• Valid passport and U.S. Visa, with at least six months validity beyond the intended date of entry into the United States.

USSEC will cover:

• Round-trip airfare in economy class from and to the participant's city of origin, only for the course dates (departure: May 20th, return: May 26th).

• Airport-hotel transfers.

• Accommodation for the duration of the course week (6 nights).

• Meals, only the ones mentioned in the trip agenda.

• Admission ticket for the Indy 500 Race.

• Wednesday May 21st  

  • 7:00pm-5:00pm, Trade teams visits

• Thursday May 22rd  

  • 7:00pm-5:00pm, SBO Masters Teams- Trade teams visits 
  • 7:00pm-5:00pm, HO conference (for invited teams):

• Friday May 23rd

  • 8:00 am- 9:30 am, Buyer seller meetings 
  • 10:00 am-3:00pm, SBO Masters Conference  
  • 4:00pm-8:00pm On farm reception

• Saturday May 24th

  • 8:30 pm – 5:00 pm, Trade team visits

• Sunday May 25th

  • Indy 500
  • Travel home for those not participating in the Indy 500

• Monday May 26th

  • Travel home for all participants
