IOM Grain opened its doors in 2003, and the location is no accident. The fact that many growers in the area have raised seed soybeans lends to the idea that a very high quality food grade grain facility could be supplied by growers that understand “Best Management Practices” and “Identity Preservation.” IOM Grain is certified by A.I.B. for cleanliness and food safety practices, receiving superior ratings from past inspections. IOM Grain employs the latest technology available in our industry to efficiently create the highest quality grain possible. The infra red technology used in our plant is recognized as the gold standard for food safety. This system examines every seed for imperfections while processing up to 35,000 pounds of grain per hour. IOM Grain currently processes 9 different grain varieties that are packaged and shipped according to customer specifications.
