The owners of Brushvale Soy Products, LLC are third generation farmers in the Red River Valley of North Dakota and Minnesota and produce most of the non-GMO clear hilum soybeans that they process. Brushvale specializes in soybeans used for natto, tofu, miso, soymilk, soy sauce, and other soy food products.
