Clayton Charles has held a variety of trading roles during his 15 years in the grain industry. After graduating from Illinois State University, he worked with COFCO, Lansing Trade Group, Interstate Commodities and The Andersons. Currently, Clayton serves as Senior Merchandiser at FS Grain, working with the export market. He traveled across the globe handling a variety of different products from the United States. Clayton serves on the USSEC Soy Excellence Center Global Advisory Panel. He previously sat on the National Grain and Feed Association Grades and Weights Committee and was a member of their Commodity Assistance Program. He has served on the board of his church and is a member of the Young Ag Leaders of Illinois. Clayton lives in East Central Illinois with his wife and four kids.
