Soytouch Group, the parent company of IOM USA, is an international trading and processing organization with a strong global footprint. Beyond food-grade soybeans, the group is also active in soybean meal, extruded soy products, soybean oil, sesame, cocoa, peanuts, mung beans, wheat, sunflower, oats, gluten-free oats, soybean seeds, and new genetic developments. This diversified portfolio allows us to serve multiple segments of the agri-food industry with integrated sourcing and supply solutions.

In addition, Soytouch develops ERP systems and customized digital tools adapted to agriculture, including artificial intelligence solutions designed to enhance traceability, crop monitoring, logistics optimization, and price risk management.

Our soybeans are developed through internal breeding programs in both the United States and France, in collaboration with universities and leading seed companies. Production takes place in selected growing regions known for strong protein performance and consistent quality. Our varieties are adapted for soy milk, tofu, sprouting, soy paste, and specialty food applications.

Through our Identity Preserved (IP) program, we work directly with contracted farmers to ensure full traceability from seed to shipment. Field inspections, farm audits, and strict quality controls ensure reliability and transparency throughout the supply chain.

Our core expertise lies in advanced soybean cleaning and sorting, including size grading, density separation, optical camera sorting, gravity systems, stone removal, and metal detection. All processing lines are FSSC 22000 certified.

We hold JAS, Bio Korea, EU Organic, NOP USA, and Canada Organic certifications, ensuring compliance across major international markets.
