USSEC Welcomes Leeck as Marketing Director for FTO/Market Access

Roz Leeck

USSEC is excited to welcome Rosalind (Roz) Leeck as the Marketing Director for Freedom to Operate/Market Access.  Prior to joining USSEC, Roz served as the Director of Grain Marketing at the Indiana Corn Marketing Council (ICMC) and Indiana Soybean Alliance (ISA), the state’s corn and soybean checkoff organizations.  Ms. Leeck, who resides in Indianapolis, has more than 10 years of experience in the grain marketing field with previous positions at Archer Daniels Midland Co. and Demeter L.P.  She has also worked for the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, serving in the Division of Soil Conservation.
Ms. Leeck originally hails from southern Illinois where she remains a partner in her family’s grain and livestock farm.  She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, an MBA from Butler University and a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
USSEC Chief Program Officer Ed Beaman states, “Roz brings a wealth of experience to USSEC.  Her institutional knowledge of our industry is a real plus for all of us and for her as she begins this important work.  Market Access issues continue to mount around the globe and the resolution of these are critical for continued success in our meal, aqua, human and oil program areas.”
