USSEC recently participated in one of the largest restaurant industry tradeshows in Mexico City. The USSEC booth hosted top companies in the soy industry including Ragasa, Proteinol, Coral Internacional, Aypecsa, Soyamingo, Cuadritos, Food Proteins, House of Foods, and Indolea. During the Abastur tradeshow, USSEC staff interacted with more than 200 visitors about the different kinds of soybean oil, textured soy protein, and soy-based beverages and snack foods. Tradeshow participants included representatives from fast food chains, supermarkets, restaurant associations, food producers and amusement parks in the region.
