New Responsibilities at USSEC

Dana Colquitt, Marketing Program Manager

Dana has worked at USSEC for the past two years as an Internal Compliance Examiner.  In that capacity, she was the primary contact and auditor for the grower leaders as well as the EU/MENA and India regions.  In her new role as Project Marketing Manager, she will support the day-to-day management of projects within the assigned portfolio by developing requests for proposals, the development and submittal of contract request forms, ongoing review of project status and creating reports using analysis of key performance indicators and other deliverables.  Prior to joining USSEC, Dana worked for five years as a marketing engineer for ABB Inc. and was responsible for over $60 million dollars in revenue.  Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Dana has lived in St. Louis for the past nine years and is married with three children.
Shayna Holmes, Marketing Assistant
Shayna Homes began her responsibilities at USSEC as Marketing Assistant in December.  Her role includes being responsible for administrative and marketing tasks related to trade shows, briefing books, ADNOTS, contacts and contractors, resource data base management, budgetary sport and logistics, and customer care.  Prior to joining USSEC, Shayna worked in the marketing department at FOX Sports Midwest and substitute taught at the elementary and secondary school levels.  Shayna is passionate about people, community, and making a difference in the lives of others by promoting good health, happiness, creativity and confidence.
Joe Mast, Project Manager
Joe has worked at USSEC for the past two years as an Accounts Payable Clerk and as the Marketing Program Manager for the Freedom to Operate Action Team.  In his latest role, he supported the day-to-day management of projects within the assigned portfolio by developing requests for proposals, the development and submittal of contract request forms, ongoing review of project status and creating reports using analysis of key performance indicators and other deliverables. Additionally, he created and maintains the Compass Report, which is an internal financial dashboard of all USSEC projects.  Prior to joining USSEC, Joe worked for the U.S. Air Force as a Pneudraulics Technician on the KC-135 Air Refueling Tanker and as the Curriculum Development Supervisor for all KC-135 Technicians.  Joe was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and loves his Cardinals!
Abby Rinne, Marketing Program Manager
Abby brings a wealth of agricultural knowledge to her new role at USSEC as Marketing Program Manager, a position giving her responsibility for projects worldwide.  Abby grew up on a row crop and cattle farm in Marthasville, Missouri.  She earned a B.S. in Agriculture Economics from the University of Missouri, Columbia and an M.B.A. from Webster University.  Abby has worked in various marketing and communications roles in the agriculture industry, working for Monsanto and the U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance.  She resides in Marthasville with husband Dan and one year old son Jacob and enjoys gardening and cooking.
