This program provides a wide coverage on soybeans, soybean meal and other soy products from harvest to storage, handling, processing and quality control and usage. The topics emphasize both the extrinsic and intrinsic values of US soybean which other origins cannot provide. The program covers both the technical aspect of discussing the higher nutrient values and better consistency of US Soy and FFsoy produced from US soybeans, compared to other origin.
